How to order in our shop?
You can choose Shipping or Picking Up in Syinix Brand Shop. Choose Shipping, you need to pay via M-PESA, then we will delivery to Your Home in 3 days. Choose Picking Up in Syinix Brand Shop, you can pay in the counter then take the TV home.
Following the instructions Step by Step.
1. Choose Shipping to Your Home
①Add to Cart ②Check Out ③ Fulfill Email, Name, Address and Phone info, then click “Continue to Shipping” ④ Continue to Payment ⑤ You can enter discount code if you get discounts in our store. We just Support “M-PESA” prepayment way now. Then Click “Complete Order” ⑥ Go to M-PESA menu and Complete Payment. We will ship out your order after receiving your payment.
After payment, you will get a call from Syinix or call 0102770086 hotline to confirm your order.
2. Choose Picking Up at Syinix Brand Shop
①Add To Cart ②Check Out ③Enter your email, Choose “Pick Up” ④Choose Payment Way ⑤Fulfill Address, Phone. Then Click “Pay Now”
Noted: ①Brand Shop Address: WestPark towers, Off Muthithi Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya.
②Brand Shop Open Time: 9:30 am~17:30pm on Monday to Friday.
③Call: 0102770086 hotline when you are ready to pick up in our Brand Shop.
How long does delivery take?
You need to order online and Pre-Pay till M-PESA 684350. Then we will ship out your order. The logistics time takes 1~7 business days. Orders within Nairobi will be delivered within 24 hours. Orders outside Nairobi, it will take 2-7 business days in delivery. Kindly keep your phone online to receive our order confirmation and delivery call.

Kenya Countrywide. We offer Door to Door Free Shipping Service for all the orders. You can also choose picking up the TV in our store: WestPark towers, Off Muthithi Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya.

We cooperate with Speedaf Express Team. When we ship out your order, you will receive a shipment notification Email and Phone SMS. Kindly keep your tracking number, and enter it into this website: Speedaf. You can track your parcel status here.

Before we send out the parcel (Within 24 hours after the order is paid) You can contact 0102770086 or email marketing.ke@syinix.com to describe your requirement.
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. After that, the order info can't be changed.
